Return & Refund Policy

At ANSh Electronics Projects, we aim to supply genuine and properly packed products. Because many of our products are electronic components, electrical items, EV parts and wiring products, certain products may have specific return conditions.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Return

A return or replacement request may be considered when:

The product received is damaged during delivery.
The wrong product was delivered.
The product is missing from the order.
The product has a manufacturing defect, where applicable.
The product received is materially different from the product ordered.

The eligibility of each request will be determined after verification.

2. Return Request Period

Customers should contact us as soon as possible after receiving the product.

For damaged, incorrect or defective products, customers should ideally raise a request within 48 hours of delivery.

For certain products, a different return period may be mentioned on the individual product page or invoice. In such cases, the product-specific terms will apply.

3. Unboxing Video

For electronic, electrical and EV products, customers are strongly advised to record a clear unboxing video when opening the package.

The video should show:

Outer packaging
Shipping label
Seals/tape
Product
Accessories
Connectors/wires, where applicable
Any visible damage

An unboxing video can help us investigate damage, missing items or incorrect-product claims.

4. Products That May Not Be Eligible for Return

Returns may not be accepted for products that:

Have been installed or used incorrectly.
Have been physically damaged after delivery.
Have been modified, repaired or opened by the customer.
Have broken connectors, wires or terminals due to improper handling.
Have been damaged due to incorrect voltage or electrical connection.
Have signs of burning, short circuit or electrical misuse.
Are returned without original accessories where those accessories are required.
Are returned after the applicable return period.
Are customized or specially prepared for the customer, where applicable.

5. Electronics and Electrical Products

Before connecting any electronic or electrical product, customers should verify:

Voltage requirement
Polarity
Wiring
Compatibility
Connector type
Product specifications

ANSh Electronics Projects will not be responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, wiring, voltage, polarity or improper use.

6. EV Products

EV products such as meters, wiring harnesses, switches, accelerators, buzzers and related components should be checked for compatibility before installation.

Customers should ensure that the product is suitable for their specific vehicle/model/voltage requirement.

Installation by a qualified technician is recommended where appropriate.

7. Return Process

To request a return or replacement:

Contact us through email or the available customer-support channel.
Provide your order number.
Explain the issue.
Provide photographs/videos where requested.
Wait for verification and return instructions.
If approved, return the product according to the instructions provided by us.

Do not send products back to the business address without receiving return instructions.

8. Replacement

Where a product is confirmed to be defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we may offer:

Replacement of the product; or
Another appropriate resolution depending on product availability and circumstances.

Replacement availability depends on stock.

9. Refunds

If a refund is approved, the refund may be processed through the original payment method or another suitable method, depending on the payment process.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank or financial institution.

Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error attributable to us or otherwise required under applicable law.

10. Cancellation

Order cancellation may be possible if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched or delivered, cancellation may not be possible and the applicable return policy may apply.

Customers should contact us as soon as possible for cancellation requests.

11. Refund Deductions

Where permitted and applicable, deductions may be made for:

Non-refundable shipping charges
Additional services requested by the customer
Damage caused by improper handling
Missing accessories
Other applicable charges communicated to the customer
